Your responsibilities
- Share accurate information so the planner can help you.
- Use the service responsibly and don't abuse it.
- You own your data and are responsible for what you submit.
No guarantees
We do our best to provide helpful schedules, but we can't guarantee outcomes or availability. SMSO isn't responsible for missed appointments or scheduling errors.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Early adopter pricing
Users who subscribed during SMSO's early adopter promotional period and received a discounted rate are eligible for lifetime pricing — meaning their discounted rate will not increase for as long as they maintain a continuous active subscription.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The discounted rate is personal to the account holder and is non-transferable.
- "Lifetime" refers to the life of the continuous subscription. If a subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the account will be subject to current pricing at the time of resubscription.
- The discount applies to the plan tier active at the time of the early adopter subscription. Upgrades to higher tiers may be subject to different pricing.
- In the event of a fundamental change to the service — including platform rebuild, discontinuation, or acquisition — this pricing guarantee does not bind any successor entity.
Intellectual property
SMSO owns the service, brand, and software. You keep full ownership of your data and content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, SMSO is not liable for damages related to the use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll notify you when changes are significant.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
